Write this goal on a piece of paper and make a clear mental image of you having already achieved that goal. Put a lot of attention on your feelings.
For example, let's say Paul wants to create a new relationship with a woman. He writes down exactly what kind of woman he wants in his life: how she looks, what she wears, what she likes, etc. Next, he visualizes himself enjoying life with the woman he described. He is feeling deeply how great it is to be close to her, to hold her hand and so on.
2. Notice and Let Go of Negative Emotions
