The Education Council of India is a non profitable organization working with United Nation in the field of women's development. Since, for the last 25 years ECI is working actively to impart in different part of India and successfully conducted seminars and conferences regarding education growth.
India is one of the largest democratic country in the world and lesson in India has great demand due to its systematic procedure and quality. Indian government is spending huge amount for school. Money is spent on backward, minority and poor people to receive elementary education. The government is trying its best to impart the education among all, it is expected that education level in 2012 has hit $70 billions.
In India we have two types of school systems: State board and Central board. The state board system is monitored by the state own system whereas, Central board is run by the central government. State board usually NCERT syllabus while central board is run by different boards like NIOS (Institute of Open Schooling), CBSE, ICSE (Indian School of Certificate Examinations). NCERT ensures to implement policies and smooth functioning of the schools.
Up to the age of 6-14 years government is committed to provide the elementary for all and this section is known as primary education. For higher secondary education students are enrolled in eleven and twelve classes. Afterwards is the higher education or can be termed as technical as students are enrolled in technical schools like IIT, NIT, AIIMS and many more.

Distance Education- Students or elderly people those who are struggling or was unable to continue the studies due to job, family issues or health problem can continue their studies by distance learning program. There are many deemed colleges and universities are there that provide distance learning courses in all the streams of lesson. It turned to be booming, as it enables the people have further education and have bright career and future.
Technical school- Technical education is monitored by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and streams like engineering, medicine, management, law etc. are professional fields. Various government and non-government universities and colleges are there in India to facilitate these types of technical education.
Online Degrees- With the advance technology, it has become very easy to obtain an education by sitting at one place only. With the evolution of internet, scenario of education has been totally changed. People those who don't have time for full time or regular courses, can enroll themselves online and earn the degree on time.
Women Education- Government of India has given much stress on the education of women. With the increased level of awareness, more girls and women are pursuing education.
The government is leaving no stone unturned to impart education to young ones and people.Not only this Education Council of India is also providing scholarships for the education to encourage the students and help them to attain education further. The whole education scenario is changing in India and change is really good!
