The term positive speak means to always have a positive attitude and reflect in you speech. Always be a problem solver and not a problem creator. Nobody like to work will a “negative Nellie†who is always complaining about something or coming up with reasons why something cannot be done. Management wants people who are positive and speak in a positive manner supporting the organization.
3- Be Proactive
It is important that you are always proactive and looking ahead. Management loves staff that can look ahead and determine the next few steps that must be taken before someone has to ask. BY being proactive, you can help anticipate problems and start working on solutions as early as possible.
