Hello, I'd like to welcome you to a different way of thinking and living with healthy eating and weight loss.
In today's world things get out of balance in some cases its easy to see and in other cases you cant see it until its almost to late. People make people and sometimes they don't have the tools to do the job properly. I would like to a moment to share some of my thoughts about when I was out balance and how I put my self back into balance. You might be asking yourself what is a balanced life?
Mental health and physical health can work against each other and cause a list of problems in a human mind and body. In my past I had to over come a list of things that took me so far out of balance, that my world felt as though it was out of control. The human mind is as delicate as it is complex and that's were we begin. Our feelings and thoughts can take us in so many different directions.
For example, I became depressed at young age then I self medicated and that lead to acting out in anger, then self isolation which lead to over eating. I was sitting in a chair and struggled to get out of it, at thirty seven years old I looked fifty seven and felt it as well. This all was very terrible and I finally had enough and decided to pick myself up and move forward on repairing my body, mind and soul.
Your problems may be the same as mine or entirely different but the end result is you may have also become out balance with your life. Life can throw a curve ball at any of us when ever it wants. Inner strength both mental and physical can be lost or built to amazing levels.
Taking the first step is the key to finding your self on the way back to being in balance. So admitting to yourself that you have a problem that has been covered up or never really dealt with is were we all have to start. It can be very painful but the end results are well worth it.
No matter what the case may be, the truth is a huge part of a balanced life. So live in the truth and never lie to yourself again.
The next step is becoming self-aware without beating your self up,are you over weight, addicted to cigarettes drugs and alcohol, or finding yourself in relationships that don't last?
I am living well now. I lost 70lbs, stopped smoking and I eat without guilt or worry of weight gain.I did this in 180 days and I know I can guide you back to a balanced lifestyle.
