People die because they are old, because parts of their bodies refuse to function anymore. At least that is what many folks think. This is why they continue to press for methods of slowing that process down, or reversing it completely. Perhaps if they realized that life and death were a bit more than that, anti aging wouldn't be such a focus after all. But by pressing on they helped the scientists to make incredible progress in the anti aging sector today. And that's a commendable thing. That's why I recommend doing all you can to slow down the aging process as much as possible.
If you are among those that continue to feel bad because they are now past fifties or sixties, I have some news for you. You don't have to "look" fifty years or sixty years. Yes, you can "grow" old to fifty years or sixty years, but who says you must "look" it. A simple anti aging tip is to always dress as if you were still in your twenties or thirties and always have that smile of youth that you had when you were young. You will be surprised that you will begin looking as young as you "feel", regardless of your age.
Age and death are inevitable, but some people don't think that way. In any case, it is people who have been able to think differently that have been able to effect the greatest changes in human and scientific development since the inception of man. Perhaps it is why anti aging might eventually be much of a success after all. So, regardless of your age, a good anti aging formula that works is to continue to "think" and "feel" like a young person. You will be amazed at how this will work to make you "look" younger.
One formula that has never failed to work when it comes to dealing with issues of the mind and body is exercise. If you plan to stay alive for very long, you might want to begin one very good regimen at this time that you will be able to keep going for a few decades. It does not stop you from aging or dying, but it sure puts it off for a little longer while.
Contrary to what gerontologists might have you believe, some strengths do go with aging. To begin with, it can be argued that several older people have a higher sense of fulfillment than the young do. The experience that they have garnered over the years also makes up for much of the physical prowess lost as they aged. Meaning that aging is not so bad after all.
